Gaara stood in a long field o grass near a forest the same place he fought kimmimaro he look around and then take some sand from the earth and putting it under his feet then starts to mash the earth making sand around the area but this would take a while so it is not done yet.

Kakashi jumped through the forest, tracking his target. He saw gaara, and kakashi stopped. He hated having to do this. He'd at least be a gentleman about it. Kakashi spoke loudly, so gaara could hear it.
"Well Gaara, this is unfortunate, but I've been ordered to kill you. I really am sorry. But well, that's what being a ninja is a bout." Kakashi grabbed a kunai with an exploding tag wrapped around it and threw it at Gaara.

About half way through the air he then put his hand up and then a ball of sand forms around the kuni then it blows up in there and then the sand alls to the ground and the sand transformation then he rose a wall of sand up around him where there where about 60-yards around and Garra in the middle. then he makes 5 sand clones that go around the wall but hide against it with each 4 sand shurekens in there hands. Garra then use the sand outside the wall of sand and makes it start to form around kakashi quickly as a sand burial.

This technique makes a clone out of sand like the Water Clone Technique. This technique has only been used by Gaara and Sasori once, when Gaara faced Sasuke Uchiha and when Sasori faced Kankuro.
There are two noticeable differences seen in sand clones that are not seen in other clones. The first difference is that while the sand takes the form of it's master, it will always take the color of sand. This means that it is almost useless as a decoy. The second difference is that while most clones disappear after one hit, it takes at least two hits to destroy a sand clone. Additionally, the clone is capable of interaction, such as when Gaara's sand clone caught shuriken thrown by Sasuke. This increased sturdiness implies great combat potential, rivaling that of even clones created by the Mirrored Sudden Attacker Technique.

Hatake Kakashi- Jounin
Kakashi sighed, dissapearing in an instant. He reappeared behind gaara, His hand glowing with lightning. He thrust his hand forward, aiming to stab Gaara in the heart. There was little conceivable chance of Gaara dodging. One, he would be caught off guard that his wall failed; 2, he would be surprised that sand burial didn't work, and three, Kakashi had silently appeared behind him, giving little chance for hearing recognition.
Kakashi's Raikiri would have no problem breaking through Gaara's layer of sand. After all, Sasuke's managed to, and it was only A rank in power. Whereas Kakashi's is S rank in power.

Description: Raikiri is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. It allows him to cut through any foe. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi's hand becomes enveloped by an electrical force. This force is his chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, he can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi uses his quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because his opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow him to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send his strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Gaaras sand automatically shoots up at kakashis wrist so if it would hit him then the lightning blade would go off to the side and miss him. then another piece of sand shoot up at kakashis neck then garra look behind him at kakashi

Kakashi's lightning blade shoots through the sand that attempts to grab him, thanks to Earth's elemental weakness to lightning. Kakashi's hand makes contact with gaara, probably impaling him. Kakashi blocks the sand that was aimed at his neck with the back of his glove, the metal platted part. After that sand subsides, Kakashi makes a handseal and a shadow clone appears. The shadow clone makes a lightning blade of it's own and aims to stab gaara in the chest from the front. Gaara, preoccupied and unable to make handseals fast enough would have no way to dodge both.
